Volunteer
Lend a hand, help a neighbor.
Your helping hands mean the world to people in need of food. There are so many ways to volunteer at Food Bank of Wyoming, and it all helps us to help others. We have a range of volunteering opportunities, from packing boxes for mobile pantries and delivering food to older adults, to pulling orders and group events for corporate team building. Helping others feels good and makes a big difference for our neighbors facing food insecurity.

Volunteers Across Wyoming are Welcome!
Whether you live near our distribution center or across the state, you can still get involved. Here are some of the opportunities available.
Build Mobile Pantry Boxes
Join us at our Casper distribution center to build food boxes for one of our 19 mobile pantries. Need isn’t always conveniently located, and our mobile pantries deliver food all over Wyoming to reach people facing food insecurity where they live. This program serves urban and rural neighborhoods where small food pantries may have limitations or there are no pantries at all. Join us for a two-hour shift to make an impact on hunger.
Deliver EverGreen Boxes™
Help us deliver EverGreen Boxes™ to older adults in Casper. Eligible adults receive a monthly food box consisting of non-perishable protein, milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and cheese. Nutrition education and recipes are also included in the boxes. These food items help stretch budgets as well as ensure that the recipients have access to balanced nutrition.
