Chocolate Orange Mug Cake

 ¼ cup quick oats (certified gluten-free if needed)
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 Pinch of salt
 2 tbsp orange juice
 1 tbsp milk
 1 tbsp honey

1. For a smoother, cake-like texture, add oats to a coffee grinder, food processor, or blender to pulse it into oat flour. Use quick oats as-is for a more oatmeal-like texture.

2. In a large mug, whisk together oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt with a fork.

3. Add orange juice, milk, and honey, and stir until just combined.

4. Microwave mug for one minute, or until the edges of the cake start to pull away from the mug.

5. Eat straight out of the mug, or flip the mug upside-down onto a plate and tap the bottom until the cake falls out.

6. Top with vanilla yogurt before serving, if desired.
