Honey Nut Cereal Bars

 ¾ cup peanut butter
 ½ cup honey
 3 cups cereal of choice (oat circles, crisp rice, cornflakes, etc.)
 ¼ cup raisins, optional

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, apple juice, and yogurt.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
3. Before serving, top with yogurt, apple, dried fruit, nuts, and seeds.
4. Serve cold.
