Reading Your Agency Receipt |
When your order is delivered, your team is given an Agency Receipt (see below) which shows an itemized account of all products and any delivery charges. Use this document to check that your delivery matches. This receipt is your agency's only copy, so please share it with your bookkeeper for payment. Below are just a few topics that your team will need to recognize: - Is there a delivery fee?
- Are there items that you did not receive because they were out of stock?
- Donated items ordered on Agency Express should be blank under "Total Fee."
- Was any of this order covered by a grant?
- How much should be paid?
When you have accepted your order, verify it in the following way: - Sign Food Bank of Wyoming’s copy of your receipt, scan it, and email it to helpdesk@wyomingfoodbank.org.
-
Do not sign the receipt without verifying the accuracy of your order.
- If items are missing, please notify the HelpDesk at 307-265-2172 immediately or email the Help Desk a filled out Order Adjustment form.
The amount due listed on your receipt will be processed to your account unless an adjustment form has been submitted within 2 days of receipt. |

David Conner was born in California but raised living in Wyoming during the school year and Colorado during the summer. After working 10 years in the grocery business, he was encouraged to get his CDL license which he obtained in 2004. He has been driving now for 20 years!
David is very much a family man, with seven kids whom he loves spending time with. With his free time, you can catch him and his kids at a sporting event or outdoors camping and fishing. David is excited to use his past work experience to help communities around the state with Food Bank of Wyoming! |

Partner Highlight: Seton House |
Since its founding on December 5, 1989, Seton House has been dedicated to supporting single-parent families, inspired by the compassionate vision of Brother Raymond Phillips. What began as a small emergency shelter for women with children experiencing homelessness has since grown into a comprehensive support center with 22 apartments, a children’s learning center, and a donation center.
Today, Seton House empowers families on their journey to independence by offering housing, personal and professional development, coaching, and resources. The organization provides essential items such as shelf-stable pantry food items, laundry vouchers, and access to the nearby St. Anthony’s Thrift Store. It also distributes donated good including diapers, toys, clothing, and more to residents and anyone in need. Many former program participants return for food assistance, and Seton House works closely with local organizations such as Interfaith, Iris Clubhouse, and Climb Wyoming to reach even more families.
In partnership with Food Bank of Wyoming, Seton House distributes fresh, frozen, and shelf-stable food to 30 families regularly, with additional support for 20 more. Through its long-standing relationship with 4-H, the organization also offers beef and pork to families in need. A grant from the Wyoming Hunger Initiative has helped expand food distribution capabilities with a freezer and refrigerator for public use. Seton House continues to make a lasting impact on families, strengthening its mission of compassion and self-sufficiency.

This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
Food Bank of Wyoming aspires to meet individuals where they are with the foods they need based on their unique circumstances and culture. We show up for any person experiencing hunger knowing that food insecurity can impact any of us at various points in our lives. Today, we may be packing produce for a person facing an unforeseen health crisis and tomorrow we may be providing a weekend food bag to a child whose caregiver may be struggling to find a well-paying job. The circumstances may be different, but we never waver from our mission of igniting the power of community to nourish people facing hunger.
