Meet Our Management Team
Executive Director Shanna Harris has lived across Wyoming. Born in Cheyenne and reared in Goshen County, Shanna attended school in Torrington and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Education, eventually earning a master’s degree in public administration. After working as the Public Safety Information Systems Manager for the City of Casper for 13 years, Shanna transitioned to the non-profit sector working as the Executive Director at the United Way of Natrona County for ten years and has served as the Director at Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies since 20??. She has two sons and a formerly divided household, with one a graduate of Natrona County High School and the other a Kelly Walsh High School graduate. Now, they’re all proud Pokes supporters with a son who graduated from the University of Wyoming and one currently attending. She is a graduate of the Code of the West Principled Leadership Initiative.
Brienne Jewkes, Program Manager, contributes a strong background in grants and higher education. She’s passionate about building communities and shares her expertise in education to grow the food bank statewide. Brienne has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Weber State University and an M.A. in Adult and Post-secondary education from the University of Wyoming.
Chris Meddleton, Director of Operations joined Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies in 2013. A former store manager of a national home improvement big box store, Chris relocated to Wyoming in 2012. He is a member of the Wyoming Trucking Association’s Council of Safety Supervisors and a graduate of the Code of the West Principled Leadership Initiative. Chris is the American Institute of Baking Food Defense Coordinator and is HACCP Certified by the American Institute of Baking.
Victoria Ziton, Communications and Development Manager, has worked in both the private and non-profit sectors. With over 30 years of experience in nonprofit, Victoria’s passion is working to secure meals for every child, veteran, senior, family, and individual in Wyoming experiencing food insecurity. She has a BA in modern languages from the University of Akron, Ohio; and she has been translating the world for organizations ever since.
